EXCLUSIVE: Premiere of Manchester Orchestra’s Video “Simple Math” on IFC.com

IFC.com today launched the exclusive premiere of Manchester Orchestra’s cinematic new video for their new track

You can view the video here but also check out IFC for more info on the band and an interview.  They will be in Atlanta on May 25th at The Tabernacle.

“Simple Math.”  The video is available now.”Simple Math” is the first single off Manchester Orchestra’s much anticipated third album of the same name and the follow up to the band’s acclaimed sophomore album, Mean Everything to Nothing. Alternative Press called this album “a masterpiece of intricacy and honesty” in their five-star lead review, and it yielded the Top 10 Modern Rock hit, “I’ve Got Friends.” Much like the album itself, the video is told through the eyes of frontman Andy Hull, as he questions everything around him and braces himself for a constantly changing reality. The video is directed by Daniels, aka Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, the duo behind the Hundred in the Hands “Pigeon” music video and mostly recently the viral video, “Dogboarding.”
